What items can I return?
You can return all Home Fashion® products to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the goods, provided should be complete and in an unused and undamaged condition.
What does the return cost?
Returns within Germany with a value of goods of 40 EUR and more are free of postage. Simply print out the return label free of charge, stick it on and return the package to the post office or a packing station. For returns from other countries, you can send them back to us but have to pay the freight costs by yourself.
If you want to use the Home Fashion® return label, but the value of the goods is below EUR 40, we will charge you a return fee of EUR 6.95 (for Germany, costs countries abroad will be higher).
How long do refunds take?
After receipt of the goods about 3–6 working days.
